Are available on call throughout the Great Manchester area. We can normally send a technical support engineer to you within 6 hours anywhere in Great Manchester. Providing an engineer call-out service means a qualified service engineer will be provided within six hours of your booking. In situations where a customer requires an urgent fix to problem, we will assess the problem first, making sure we understand what the problem is and will quickly assign a qualified support technician to the job


We can provide onsite computer service:
For non-contract or ad-hoc customers. You can simply call us and make a booking for the same day or next day depending on how urgent the issue is.
We will not let your business come to a halt just because of a computer problem. Our pro-active attitude towards resolving problems and network troubleshooting skills will guarantee that we are successful in our mission to put you back on track.
We are so confident in our capability to resolve any problem, that we have a no-fix, no fee policy. This means that ad-hoc customers, who book an engineer call-out, do not pay a penny if the visiting technician is unable to resolve the problem.
